Goyal Proteins Limited Defatted Soya Flour (untoasted) is manufactured from good quality of soybean seed.

Defatted soya flour (untoasted) is obtained from good graded, golden, clean, sound healthy soybeans by the process of cleaning, grading, cracking, dehulling, conditioning, flaking, extracting with food grade hexane, desolventizing for optimum level of protein, maintain amino acids profile and destroy anti-nutritional factors.

Pulverized in the air classifier mill to get a fine flour of desired particle size.

It is used in manufacturing of textured soya proteins, Pasta, soups, sauces, in fortification of cereals, sweets, pharmaceutical industry etc.
